Fay targets Florida for third time
Tropical Storm Fay continues to churn off the coast of east Florida on Thursday. The storm is expected to make landfall later today, possibly in the Jacksonville-Daytona Beach area. While forecasters do not believe the storm will strengthen to hurricane status, it's expected to bring more rain to areas already dealing with massive flooding.
